Technical Sales / Business Development - Electrical

Experience: 2-5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech - Electrical Engineering
Sales Location: Aurangabad , Chattisgarh , Mumbai , Delhi
Industry Preference: Electrical / Transformer / Automotive / Industrial
MBA in Marketing: Added advantage

Candidate Requirement

We are looking for a technically strong Electrical qualified with an interest in Sales, Marketing and Business Development to support the growth of our Transformer Manufacturing & Repair business.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new customers and identify business opportunities.
- Visit customers and understand their technical and commercial requirements.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and order conversion.
- Promote transformer manufacturing, repair, servicing and refurbishment solutions.
- Coordinate with technical, production and service teams to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.




- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with customers and support the complete sales cycle.
- Maintain customer records and sales/business development reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 2-5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience in Electrical, Transformer, Power Equipment, Automotive or Industrial companies preferred.
- Strong technical understanding of electrical products/equipment.
- Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing and business development.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Candidates having a combination of technical knowledge + sales/marketing experience will be preferred.
