Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hard bucket and NPA collections for vehicle loans.
- Handle overdue recovery, repossession, and settlement cases.
- Lead and monitor the collection team and achieve monthly targets.
- Track DPD, bucket-wise performance, and recovery.
- Handle critical customer cases and conduct regular field visits.
- Manage overall vehicle collection operations for the assigned area.
