Role: Mobile Lead

Location: Bangalore - Hybrid

Skills:

- Strong experience leading delivery of native mobile applications across iOS and Android.
- Hands-on experience with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Android SDK.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, modular architecture, or equivalent.
- Experience leading mobile developers and conducting code reviews.
- Strong experience integrating mobile apps with REST APIs and backend platforms.
- Experience with OAuth2, OIDC, Microsoft Entra ID, MSAL, or equivalent enterprise authentication.
- Strong understanding of secure mobile development, secure storage, token handling, encryption, app permissions, and API security.
- Experience designing apps for organisation-managed devices and enterprise mobile deployment.
- Experience with MDM/MAM,



Conditional Access, app protection policies, device compliance, and Intune or equivalent platforms.
- Experience with push notifications and real-time user updates.
- Experience with app signing, provisioning profiles, certificates, key stores, release channels, and workplace management.
- Experience designing CI/CD pipelines for iOS and Android builds.
- Strong debugging, performance optimisation, crash analysis, and production support experience.
- Ability to work with architecture, security, IAM, EUC, network, cloud, and testing teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical decisions to stakeholders.
