Role summary

You will build customizations, automations and integrations on Oracle Net Suite, a cloud ERP used by growing businesses worldwide. After training, you will work with senior developers to deliver Suite Script solutions for client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and work on Net Suite customization using Suite Script.

• Develop and maintain scripts using Suite Script 2.x (User Event, Client, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, Suitelet, RESTlet).

• Assist with developing and maintaining workflows (Suite Flow), custom fields, forms, records, saved searches and other Net Suite components.

• Build advanced PDF/HTML templates for transactions such as invoices and purchase orders.

• Support integrations between Net Suite and third-party systems using REST/SOAP web services.

• Debug issues, write unit-tested code, and document technical designs.

• Deploy changes across sandbox and production using Suite Cloud Development Framework (SDF).

• Work on at least one secondary technology like Celigo.

Required skills

• Good understanding of Java Script (ES5/ES6), including functions, objects, arrays and asynchronous concepts.

• Basic SQL and understanding of relational databases.

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JSON.

Good to have

• Academic or personal projects in Java Script or Node.js.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and tools like Postman.

• Basic awareness of business processes such as order-to-cash or procure-to-pay.

• Proficient in AI Tools for getting simple, mundane and repetitive tasks.

Training you will receive

• Net Suite platform fundamentals, navigation and data model.

• Suite Script 2.x, Suite Flow, saved searches, SuiteQL and SDF.

• Hands-on assignments on a Net Suite training account, then shadowing on live projects.

• Guidance toward the Suite Foundation and Suite Cloud Developer certifications.





• Training on at least on secondary platform like Celigo.

2. Technical Trainee (Fresher) - Zoho

Role summary

You will customize and extend Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk etc. for client businesses. After training, you will build automations, custom apps and integrations using Deluge and Zoho's developer tools.

Key responsibilities

• Configure modules, layouts, fields, blueprints, workflows and approval processes in Zoho Applications.

• Write Deluge scripts for custom functions, validation rules, buttons and scheduled tasks.

• Build custom applications on Zoho Creator, including forms, reports and pages.

• Integrate Zoho apps with each other and with third-party systems using REST APIs, webhooks and Zoho Flow.

• Create reports and dashboards, and support data migration and imports.

• Troubleshoot issues and document solutions for clients and internal teams.

Required skills

• Basic programming knowledge in any language (Java Script, Python, Java, C# or similar).

• Understanding of SQL and database concepts.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JSON.

Good to have

• Familiarity with REST APIs and tools like Postman.

• Awareness of CRM concepts: leads, contacts, deals, pipelines.

• Any exposure to low-code platforms.

Training you will receive

• Zoho One ecosystem overview, with deep training some applications like Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.

• Deluge scripting, Zoho APIs, Zoho Flow and Widgets.





• Hands-on assignments in a Zoho developer account, then shadowing on live projects.

• Guidance toward Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator certifications.

• In future, self training expected on more Zoho Applications as required along with guidance from senior or reporting manager.

3. Technical Trainee (Fresher) - Odoo

Role summary

You will develop and customize modules on Odoo, an open-source ERP built on Python and PostgreSQL. After training, you will build customizations across Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing and other Odoo apps for client implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop custom Odoo modules and extend standard ones using Python and the Odoo ORM.

• Design models, views (form, list, kanban), menus, actions and security rules (access rights, record rules).

• Assist with XML-based view and configuration changes.

• Build QWeb reports and website or portal pages.

• Write server actions, scheduled jobs and business logic with proper inheritance patterns.

• Integrate Odoo with external systems using XML-RPC/JSON-RPC and REST APIs.

• Support data migration, testing, deployment and version upgrades.

Required skills

• Valuable understanding of Python, including OOP concepts.

• Basic SQL, preferably PostgreSQL.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, XML and Java Script.

• Strong logical and debugging skills.

Good to have

• Academic projects in Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.

• Familiarity with Linux commands and Git.

• Awareness of business flows like sales, purchase and inventory.

Training you will receive

• Odoo architecture, ORM, module structure and inheritance.

• Views, QWeb, OWL (Odoo's Java Script framework), security and reporting.

• Hands-on module-building assignments, then shadowing on live projects.

• Exposure to both Odoo Community and Enterprise editions.
