**Employment Type:** Full-Time ### About the Role We are looking for an experienced **Guidewire Integration Developer** to join our team and support the design, development, and implementation of integrations for **Guidewire Policy Center**, including work on **Guidewire Cloud (Insurance Suite Cloud)** platforms. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Guidewire's Integration Gateway (IG), Cloud APIs, and Policy Center configuration/integration, and is comfortable working in an Agile delivery environment. ### Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain integrations between **Guidewire Policy Center** and external/internal systems (rating engines, document management, billing, third-party data vendors, etc.) - Build and support integrations using **Guidewire Cloud Integration Gateway (IG)**, Cloud API, and Cloud Data Access (CDA) - Develop and maintain **GOSU** based plugins, event handlers, batch processes, and messaging (Message Queues, JMS) - Work with **REST/SOAP web services**, **XML/JSON**, and enterprise integration patterns to connect Policy Center with upstream/downstream systems - Participate in Guidewire Cloud migration/upgrade projects, ensuring integration compatibility with cloud-based architecture - Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and Architects to translate requirements into technical designs - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring integration performance, scalability, and reliability - Follow Guidewire best practices for cloud readiness (e.g., avoiding deprecated APIs, using approved extension points) - Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes on Guidewire Cloud (using tools like Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, or similar) - Document technical designs,



integration specifications, and support knowledge transfer ### Required Skills & Experience - **6 8 years** of overall IT experience, with a strong focus on **Guidewire Policy Center** - Hands-on experience with **Guidewire Cloud (Integration Gateway / IG, Cloud API, Cloud Data Access)** - Strong programming skills in **GOSU**, Java, and experience with **PCF (Page Configuration Files)** - Experience with integration technologies: **REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, Message Queues (JMS, Kafka, etc.)** - Solid understanding of **Policy Center data model**, product model, and business rules - Experience with **Guidewire Studio**, Admin tools, and configuration/integration layers - Familiarity with **Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP)** architecture and cloud deployment practices - Experience working with **CI/CD tools** and version control (Git, SVN) - Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills - Good understanding of **P&C; Insurance domain** concepts (policy lifecycle, underwriting, rating) ### Preferred / Valuable to Have - Guidewire certification(s) - **Policy Center Ace/Associate/Specialist** or **Guidewire Cloud Certification** - Experience with **Claim Center** or **Billing Center** integrations (added advantage) - Exposure to **Guidewire Cloud Platform migration projects** - Experience with **Kafka, Mule Soft, or other middleware/ESB tools** - Knowledge of **Agile/Scrum methodology** - Experience in **AWS/Azure cloud environments** ### Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) ### Soft Skills - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams - Analytical mindset with attention to detail
