We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead AI Engineer for the AI Platform, focused on building and enhancing multi-model pipelines (XGBoost, Random Forest, Ensemble) at PPGC and SKU levels. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of overall experience with Python-based ML model development, XGBoost, Random forest with solid skills in data preprocessing, MAPE/bias accuracy measurement, and BU override workflow design.

Multi-Model Pipelines:
Architect, scale, and maintain production ML pipelines utilizing XGBoost, Random Forest, and Ensemble methodologies to generate high-precision demand at PPGC and SKU levels.

GenAI & Advanced Analytics:
Integrate Generative AI capabilities (LLM-assisted scenario modeling, automated trend synthesis, natural language query interfaces) to extend platform decision-making capabilities.

Accuracy & Validation:
Establish evaluation frameworks using industry-standard metrics (MAPE, Weighted MAPE, bias, forecast accuracy) to continuously validate model performance and mitigate drift.
