Job Profile:-1) Knowledge in processing of salary, Verification of running bills & final bills of civil work contractor, Material supplier & various type of services payments. 2) Bank Reconciliation of Saving & Current Bank Account. 3) Debtors & Creditors ledger scrutiny, Finalization of books Accounts, TDS and Income Tax Assessment Knowledge. 4)Knowledge in recent laws regarding Income Tax, Goods and Service Tax (GST), etc. 5) Adequate knowledge in computer operation in Words, Excel and Power Point etc. 6)Coordination with statutory auditors, internal auditors and Government/other authorities i.e. CAG Audit, preparation of audit schedules, providing supporting documents and attending to audit observations and compliance requirements. 7) Knowledge of accounting and financial requirements applicable to public Trusts and charitable institutions, including compliance under the Public Trusts Act Maharashtra, 1950 & Societies Registration Act, 1860, wherever applicable, and other relevant statutory provisions. 8) Maintenance and verification of Fixed Asset Registers, accounting for additions and disposals, physical verification and calculation of depreciation as per applicable accounting policies and requirements. 9) Perform any other accounts, budgeting,



analysis or financial-control related duties assigned by the competent authority from time to time.

Qualification:- B. Com OR M. Com OR Passing of C.A. - Inter OR C.M.A. - Inter with any graduation.

Experience:- 1) B. Com with 8 years minimum experience in Accounts & Finance functions & procedure OR 2) M. Com with 5 years minimum experience in Accounts & Finance functions & procedures OR 3) Passing of C.A. - Inter OR C.M.A. - Inter along with any graduation & Minimum 2 Years Working Experience will be given preference
