We're Hiring: Business Development Manager – Architects & Interior Designers

Location: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR

Experience: 4+ years in relevant B2B / Project Sales

Writings On The Wall is looking for an experienced and well-connected Business Development Manager to grow our business with architects, interior designers, design firms, developers, hospitality projects and procurement teams across India and international markets.

We are looking for someone who comes from the interiors, décor, furniture, lighting, art, furnishings, architectural products or allied industry and already understands the architecture and interior design ecosystem.

What will you be responsible for

• Generate new business from architects, interior designers, design firms, developers, hospitality companies and procurement teams

• Leverage existing industry relationships to open new accounts and opportunities

• Identify upcoming residential, commercial and hospitality projects

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

• Present our product portfolio and understand project-specific requirements

• Work with our team on customised solutions, quotations and proposals

• Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and meetings to negotiation and order closure

• Develop repeat business from existing and new accounts

• Build opportunities across India as well as international markets

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve agreed revenue targets

Who are we looking for

• 3+ years of experience in B2B/project sales or business development within interiors, décor, furniture, lighting, art, furnishings, architectural products or a related industry

• Existing relationships/network with architects, interior designers, design firms, developers and/or procurement teams





• Proven ability to independently generate leads and convert opportunities into orders

• Understanding of project-based sales, specifications, customisation and procurement processes

• Experience with international clients or overseas business development would be an advantage

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
