Want to know what it's actually like to build an F&B; brand from the ground up

Pasta Romio is looking for someone proactive and hungry to learn to join the Founder's Office. You'll work directly with the founder and get hands-on exposure to everything that goes into building and scaling a young consumer brand.

This isn't a role where every day looks the same. You'll be involved across events, operations, vendors, procurement, partnerships and all the random problem-solving that comes with building a startup.

What you'll be doing

- Help plan and execute events and pop-ups with platforms such as BookMyShow, District & more
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and event partners
- Manage procurement, inventory requirements and operational logistics
- Maintain trackers, documentation and day-to-day processes
- Help troubleshoot problems and figure things out on the go
- Work directly with the founder on new projects and growth initiatives
- Basically a little bit of everything.

Who we're looking for

Someone who:

- Takes ownership and gets things done
- Is organised and good at following through
- Enjoys being on-ground rather than only working behind a laptop
- Can communicate and coordinate confidently with different people
- Is comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Is genuinely excited about F&B;, startups and building a brand
- Preference for recent graduates who have completed their undergraduate degree.

College students are welcome to apply if you can work full time and reach the office by 12 PM.
