About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Support Executive Intern to join our team. This is an opportunity for students, fresh graduates, and aspiring customer support professionals to gain hands-on experience in customer communication and support operations.

You will work closely with our team and gain practical experience in handling customer queries, follow-ups, issue resolution, and day-to-day customer support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, chats, or other communication channels

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance

• Handle customer questions and concerns in a professional manner

• Follow up with customers when required

• Assist in resolving customer issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate team

• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience

• Complete assigned support tasks within given timelines

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills





• Good English-speaking skills and the ability to communicate clearly with customers

• Basic computer knowledge

• Good listening and problem-solving skills

• Positive and customer-friendly attitude
