Role Description The Remote Sales and Client Support Executive is a full-time role responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day activities include handling inbound and outbound client communications, qualifying and following up on leads, preparing and presenting tailored solutions, and supporting clients throughout the sales cycle. The role also involves maintaining accurate account records, tracking performance metrics,



and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and improve service offerings. Working remotely, this executive is expected to manage their schedule effectively, respond promptly to client inquiries, and proactively identify opportunities for growth within assigned accounts.
