International Taxation – Customer Support Executive

We are hiring candidates with International Taxation experience for a Blended Customer Support (Voice & Chat) role in Gurugram!

Mandatory: International Taxation experience ( Minimum 6 months)

Role: Customer Support – Blended (Voice & Chat)

Education: Graduation mandatory

Work Mode: Work From Office – Gurugram

Working Days: 5 days a week

Shifts: Rotational shifts & rotational week-offs

Cab Facility: Both-side cab

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions through voice and chat support.

• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism during every interaction.

• Follow defined processes, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.

• Document customer interactions and update relevant information accurately.

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.

• Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction parameters.
