Position: Presales Technical Consultant

We're looking for a dynamic Presales Technical Consultant to join our team and play a key role in supporting sales through solid technical expertise and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive cross-sells, and upgrades.
- Explore new markets and potential clients based on product fit and industry insights.
- Work closely with end clients, channel partners, system integrator, and consultants.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and solution comparisons.




- Lead and mentor a team of L1 engineers when required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure and current technology trends.
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux, Mac OS, Android, and iOS platforms.
- Good knowledge of Software/hardware, antivirus, DLP, MDM, and remote technologies.
- Ability to analyze, compare, and recommend technical solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer success.
