Role Description The Jr. Inside Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, engaging with prospective clients, and presenting DMC Immigration Consultants services in a clear and professional manner. Day-to-day tasks include generating and qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, following up on inquiries, and scheduling consultations for senior consultants. The role also involves providing basic information on visa options, addressing initial client questions,



and ensuring a smooth handoff to the immigration consulting team. The Jr. Inside Sales Executive is expected to meet defined sales targets, collaborate with colleagues to optimize conversion rates, and uphold high standards of customer service.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to handle telephonic and in-person interactions and work toward clear revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation capabilities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and maintaining an organized pipeline of potential clients.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, active listening, and the ability to explain services in a easy and professional manner.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and building long-term client relationships.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of immigration processes or a strong interest in the immigration industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage time effectively, and use CRM or sales tools to track activities and performance.
