Job Title:Telecalling Intern

Internship Duration: 1 to 3 Months

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Telecalling Interns to support our healthcare outreach initiatives. This internship provides practical exposure to B2B communication, client engagement, appointment coordination, and customer service within the healthcare sector. There are no sales targets associated with this role. Outstanding performers may be offered a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and individuals from the database provided.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for clinical consultations and business discussions.
- Build and maintain skilled relationships with healthcare institutions and potential partners.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, programs, and locations.
- Follow up with hospitals, clinics, and individuals for appointment confirmations.
- Maintain accurate call records and update client information in the system.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and communication.

Eligibility:

- Any Graduate / Undergraduate Student.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil, and/or other regional languages.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
