About the Role

Corenest Tech LLP is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a 2-month internship. This role will provide practical exposure to recruitment, candidate coordination, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, tasks, and onboarding.
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records.
- Assist with recruitment and selection activities.
- Support employee engagement and HR-related activities.
- Maintain HR databases, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks.
- Follow up with candidates and provide timely updates.
- Participate in meetings and complete assigned HR tasks within deadlines.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Freshers and students pursuing HR/MBA/management-related courses are welcome.
