We're Hiring: Business Development Executive / Lead Generation Specialist – IT Services

Fixed Salary: Up to 20,000/month

Incentives: Performance-based incentives on successful deal closures

About the Role

JASIQ Labs is looking for a result-oriented Business Development professional who can generate quality leads and help build a consistent sales pipeline for our software development services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, cold outreach, email, and other channels

• Manage and grow the company's Upwork profile/account

• Identify relevant software development projects and submit high-quality proposals

• Research potential clients and decision-makers

• Initiate conversations and follow up with prospects consistently

• Coordinate with the technical team for proposals, estimates, demos, and client discussions

• Maintain proper lead and follow-up tracking

• Work toward monthly lead generation and revenue targets

• Explore new channels and strategies for acquiring international and Indian clients





What We're Looking For

• Experience in Upwork bidding and lead generation

• Understanding of IT/software development services

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into opportunities

• Solid follow-up and negotiation skills

• Self-driven and comfortable working with measurable targets

• Experience generating leads from the US, UK, UAE, Europe, or other international markets is a plus
