The Safety Executive role supports the implementation and continuous improvement of occupational health and safety practices at a manufacturing operation in Neemrana, Rajasthan. The position is responsible for monitoring compliance, identifying workplace risks, investigating incidents, and promoting safety awareness across the site.

Responsibilities

- Monitor and enforce compliance with occupational health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct routine site inspections and audits to identify unsafe conditions and working practices
- Perform risk assessments and recommend appropriate preventive measures
- Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions
- Organise and conduct safety drills, workshops, and awareness programmes
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, incidents, and related reports
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with applicable legal and statutory requirements




- Assist in developing site-specific safety plans and emergency response procedures

Requirements

- Knowledge of occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Ability to conduct site inspections, safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Robust reporting, record-keeping, and organisational skills
- Ability to conduct safety training and coordinate effectively with internal teams and regulatory bodies
