We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound calls to B2B clients in the United States. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking with decision-makers, and the ability to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
● Participate actively in core sales training programs
● Learn and understand the company’s products/services and target market
● Assist in lead generation, data research, and prospect identification
● Support the sales team in outbound calling, follow-ups, and email communication
● Maintain and update lead and customer information in CRM or tracking tools
● Sales pitching,



objection handling, and closing techniques
● Meet assigned learning milestones and performance targets
Requirements

- Graduation

- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.

- Proficiency in English.

- Rapid learning speed and a passion for sales

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Female candidates will be preferred.
