Position: HR RecruiterExperience:

- Fresher with Internship in sales Recruitment or
- Minimum 6 Months of Experience in Sales Hiring

Added Advantage:

Candidates with Banking Sales Hiring experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates and clients.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.

Eligibility:

- Any Graduate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Naukri, Foundit, Linked In, or other job portals is preferred.
