Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Power Automate Developer to design, build, and support workflow automation and AI-assisted solutions within a regulated banking environment. You will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency, data quality, and process consistency across functions like Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:

- Workflow & App Development: Design and deploy cloud, scheduled, and approval workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, and build controlled user interfaces using Power Apps.
- AI Implementation: Develop and train AI Builder solutions for document processing, OCR, entity extraction, and prompt-based AI, ensuring human-in-the-loop review and exception handling.
- Enterprise Integration: Build secure integrations with Microsoft 365 services (Share Point, Teams, Power BI), enterprise applications, and APIs using standard/custom connectors.
- Data & Governance: Manage structured data sources (Dataverse, SQL Server, Share Point Lists). Contribute to Power Platform governance, including workplace management,



DLP controls, and application lifecycle management (ALM).
- End-to-End Delivery: Handle requirements gathering, solution design, process documentation, testing, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Core Tech Stack: Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, AI Builder, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Integration & Data: Proficiency in working with REST APIs, JSON, custom connectors, and structured operational datasets (SQL Server, Excel, Share Point).
- SDLC & Documentation: Solid understanding of software development practices, change/incident management, and process documentation tools (Visio, BPMN, Confluence).
- Banking Domain: Prior experience in banking, capital markets, or regulated financial services is highly preferred.
- Compliance Awareness: Strong grasp of auditability, data confidentiality, access controls, segregation of duties, and risk frameworks.
