JD description: Senior QA Engineer (8 12 years exp)

Common Responsibilities (All Levels)

- Design and Develop Test cases
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using selenium, BDD and Java.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements.
- Execute automated tests and report results.
- Identify, log, and track defects, support root cause analysis.
- Contribute to test plans, strategies, and process improvements.
- Travel as required by project needs.

Level-Specific Responsibilities

Senior Consultant (8 - 12 Years Experience)

- Own test automation for assigned modules or projects.
- Design and enhance robust, reusable automation frameworks.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior team members on automation best practices.
- Analyze complex defects and drive improvements in automation strategy.

Common Skills:



Proficiency in programming language Java & Automation tool experience (Selenium, Cucumber), Test management tools (Jira), Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, robust analytical and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured),

Preferred Skills: CI/CD tools (Jenkins), Performance testing, Security testing, Domain experience in Core HR, Time, Benefits, Payroll
