About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who can independently manage and execute on-ground marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, events, partnerships, and local brand-building activities.

This role requires someone who is highly execution-oriented, comfortable working in the field, and capable of coordinating with vendors, partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns and promotional activities .
- Coordinate school events, exhibitions, activations, outdoor promotions, hoardings, flyers, and other branding initiatives.
- Manage coordination with vendors, partners, agencies, and local stakeholders .
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify relevant opportunities.
- Support lead-generation and local brand-awareness initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Track campaign activities, expenses, deliverables, and outcomes.




- Prepare regular reports with photographs, feedback, observations, and campaign updates.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and support the implementation of local marketing strategies.

Requirements

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline .
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, field marketing, events, education, retail, or a similar environment.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic digital marketing tools .
- Ability to manage vendors and external stakeholders effectively.
- Strong follow-up and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work on-ground and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach.
