Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Fresher & Experienced Recruiters to join our growing US Staffing team in Noida. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn recruitment processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a US Staffing Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job opportunities across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and social media platforms.
- Review resumes and identify qualified candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and availability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Learn and understand US recruitment processes, employment terms, and staffing requirements.




- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BCA, BA, MBA preferred).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 year of experience.
- Comfortable working in Night Shift (US Hours).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
