*About the Role*

We are looking for a motivated *Junior/Mid-Level US IT Recruiter* to join our offshore recruiting team.

Extensive US recruiting experience is *not required*. Candidates with basic recruitment/talent sourcing experience and knowledge of AI tools are encouraged to apply.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Source candidates for US-based IT positions through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other platforms.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to support sourcing, screening, research, and recruitment activities.
• Review and screen resumes against job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and maintain candidate follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the recruiting team for candidate submissions and interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment information.
• Learn and follow US IT recruiting processes.

*Required Skills*

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or candidate sourcing.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools, particularly ChatGPT or similar tools.
• Positive internet research and candidate sourcing skills.




• Ability to understand technical job descriptions.
• Strong willingness to learn US IT recruitment.
• Good follow-up and organizational skills.

*Mandatory Requirements*

✅ Must have a *personal computer/laptop*.
✅ Must have a *reliable high-speed internet connection*.
✅ Must be able to work according to *US Eastern Time (EST/EDT)*.
✅ This is *NOT an IST-based job*.
✅ Must have a suitable work-from-home environment.
✅ Must be comfortable working independently.

*Preferred*

• Previous US IT recruitment experience is an advantage but *not mandatory*.
• Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, or recruitment databases.
• Basic understanding of technical IT roles.
• Experience using AI for recruitment or candidate sourcing.
• Kolkata-based candidates preferred.
