About the Company

360degreeinfo offers freshers a structured opportunity to begin a career in software development through practical learning, guided project work, and exposure to a professional technology workplace in Chennai. The six-month programme is divided into two phases: the first three months are an unpaid internship, followed by three months as a trainee receiving a stipend of ₹8,000 per month. After completing the full six-month programme, successful candidates may be considered for conversion to an employee, with the final salary fixed based on performance, skills, and organisational requirements.

Responsibilities

- Assist developers with implementing, testing, and maintaining software features.
- Understand assigned requirements and contribute to clear, maintainable solutions under guidance.
- Participate in debugging, documentation, code reviews, and project discussions.




- Support quality checks and help resolve issues across the development lifecycle.
- Build practical knowledge of software engineering tools, processes, and workplace practices.

Requirements
