Responsibilities

- Interact with customers through calls, messages, and in-person conversations to understand their needs.
- Explain relevant automotive products, services, offers, and processes clearly and accurately.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers and support lead conversion.
- Record customer information, enquiries, interactions, and follow-up updates in the designated system.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure timely responses.




- Collect feedback and share recurring customer concerns with the appropriate team.

Requirements

- Fresher with a graduate-level qualification or equivalent learning background.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills with a courteous, customer-first approach.
- Interest in the Automotive industry and willingness to learn about products and services.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using customer records or office software.
- Good follow-up discipline, active listening, and the ability to work toward team goals.
- Professional presentation and readiness to work from the Hyderabad office.
- Applicants must currently be based in Hyderabad.

This is a full-time, in-office prospect in Hyderabad, offering ₹20,000 per month. The compensation is kept confidential on the listing and will be shared through the hiring process.
