The internship offers practical exposure to corporate and consulting-led legal practice across property law, income tax, litigation support, and legal research.

Responsibilities

- Assist with legal support on property matters and draft or refine real estate contracts and agreements.
- Observe how property disputes are managed and shadow legal professionals during court hearings.
- Conduct supervised research on income tax statutes, assess tax implications for the company, and assist with drafting responses and appeals.
- Prepare, review, and organize legal documents while researching issues that support ongoing cases and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Follow updates in legal frameworks, build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams,



and assist with other legal matters as directed.

Requirements

Applicants should be pursuing an LL.B., B.A. LL.B., B.B.A. LL.B., or a related law degree, or be recent law graduates. Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting abilities are expected, along with excellent written and verbal English. The ideal candidate demonstrates attention to detail, discretion when handling confidential information, reliability in meeting deadlines, willingness to learn, and the ability to contribute positively in a team.

The intern will receive direct mentorship from experienced legal professionals and practical exposure to real estate, income tax, and litigation work, building a strong foundation for a career in corporate and consulting-led legal practice.
