Role Description The Business Development Manager (B2B Sales) role at NoBrokerHood is a full-time,



in office position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The individual in this role will identify and prospect gated communities, housing societies, and related B2B partners, build a qualified sales pipeline, and drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting decision-makers such as management committee members and facility managers, conducting product demos, negotiating commercial terms, and preparing proposals and contracts. The role involves collaborating closely with operations, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and ongoing satisfaction of new clients. The Business Development Manager will also track sales performance metrics, provide market feedback, and contribute to the development of sales strategies and outreach campaigns.
