Role Description This is a full time,



on-site CNC Machine Operator role based in Chennai. The CNC Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling and machining equipment to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and work instructions. Responsibilities include selecting appropriate tools, loading materials, adjusting machine parameters, and performing basic preventive maintenance on machinery. The role involves inspecting parts during and after production, identifying deviations, and coordinating with the production and quality teams to resolve issues. The CNC Machine Operator will also maintain accurate production records, follow safety and housekeeping standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
