Job Description – Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager Position
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media professional who can manage paid digital campaigns, develop effective content strategies, build and grow social media channels, and execute influencer marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital platforms, audience behavior, content trends, and performance marketing, with the ability to take campaigns from strategy and execution to performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing – Google & Meta Ads
• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Develop campaign strategies based on objectives such as reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and brand awareness.
• Manage campaign budgets and optimize spends to achieve the best possible ROI.
• Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, A/B testing, and creative testing.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
2. Content Strategy & Social Media Growth
• Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Identify relevant content trends, audience interests, and platform-specific opportunities.
• Develop content calendars and coordinate with creative, video, and content teams for timely execution.
• Build and grow YouTube channels and other social media accounts from the ground up.
• Define channel positioning, content pillars, posting strategies, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, hashtags, and other elements required for organic growth.
• Track channel and content performance and continuously improve the strategy based on insights.
• Explore recent formats and trends to increase reach, engagement, followers, subscribers, and overall digital presence.
