Role Description MEP DESIGN LEAD
Experience: 10+ years
Role Purpose
Lead integrated MEP design and coordination for the monument and associated buildings.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead electrical,



mechanical and plumbing design.
● Coordinate fire protection.
● Coordinate HVAC and ventilation.
● Coordinate drainage and water systems.
● Coordinate ELV/ICT/security.
● Coordinate lighting systems.
● Integrate MEP with BIM.
● Coordinate service routes with architecture and structure.
● Review shop drawings.
● Support site installation.
● Lead testing and commissioning.
Qualification
B.E./B.Tech Mechanical/Electrical.
KPIs
● Coordinated MEP design.
● Minimal clashes.
● Timely approvals.
● Successful commissioning.
● Compliance with applicable standards.
