About the Role
The Operations Executive – Last Mile Operations will be responsible for supervising day-to-day last-mile delivery operations across our quick commerce stores in Bangalore. The role involves coordinating with 3PL courier partners, ensuring timely order fulfilment, monitoring delivery performance, and resolving on-ground issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery operations for assigned stores/zones and ensure orders are dispatched and delivered within defined TAT.
3PL Coordination: Coordinate with courier partners on daily order forecasts, cancellations, and operational changes.
Performance Monitoring: Track delivery performance, identify gaps, and work with partners/internal teams to resolve recurring issues.
Issue & Escalation Handling: Resolve delivery delays, failed attempts, and customer escalations in coordination with customer support.
Store & Partner Coordination: Coordinate between store/warehouse teams and courier partners to minimize operational bottlenecks.
Process Adherence: Ensure 3PL partners follow defined processes and compliance standards.
Process Improvement: Identify on-ground challenges and suggest improvements to the Manager.
Key Skills
Good command of Excel / Google Sheets.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Robust problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work calmly under operational pressure.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in Supply Chain, Operations, or any relevant field.
Prior experience in hyperlocal / quick commerce operations preferred.
