Role Description The Technical Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolhapur. This role is responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and promoting process control instruments, automation products, data acquisition systems, and industrial water treatment solutions. Day-to-day activities include meeting with prospective and existing customers, understanding technical requirements, preparing proposals and quotations,



and conducting product presentations or demonstrations. The Technical Sales Manager collaborates with technical support and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs and follows up on deliveries, installations, and after-sales issues. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales reports, forecasting, and contributing to sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications
• Solid Technical Sales and Sales skills, with experience selling industrial or engineering products and solutions.
• Proficiency in Account Management, including relationship building, opportunity tracking, and long-term client retention.
• Ability to provide Technical Support, including basic troubleshooting, product application guidance, and coordination with technical teams.
• Solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, clarity in communication, and problem resolution.
