About the Role:
Drive project planning, MIS, monitoring, and coordination across multiple projects, ensuring timely execution through effective tracking, cross-functional coordination, procurement channelisation, and management controls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain project master schedules, milestones and execution plans for multiple projects.
• Monitor project timelines, critical activities, delays and dependencies and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare consolidated MIS, dashboards, progress reports and management updates.
• Coordinate across Projects, Design, Procurement, Finance, Commercial and Operations teams.
• Establish and maintain standard project processes, formats, trackers and reporting systems.
• Monitor procurement schedules, material requirements,
approvals and long-lead items to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Track design deliverables, approvals, decisions and site requirements.
• Conduct regular project review meetings, record action points, and follow up for closure.
• Maintain project trackers, risk registers, decision logs and issue-resolution matrices.
• Identify inter-project dependencies and ensure effective resource and priority coordination.
• Monitor project performance against Time, Cost, Scope, Procurement and Key Milestones.
• Support management in identifying delays, risks, bottlenecks and required interventions.
Ideal Candidate
Civil Engineer with 10–15 years of experience in real estate, hospitality or luxury residential projects, with robust expertise in PMO, project planning, MIS, multi-project coordination, cross-functional working, procurement tracking and project controls.
