Role Description The Service Relationships Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, focused on delivering a high-quality service experience to Kotak Private’s clients. This role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, responding to service requests, and ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues. The person in this position collaborates with relationship managers and internal teams to coordinate account operations, documentation, and transaction support.



Daily responsibilities include monitoring client satisfaction, providing clear and professional communication, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the overall service experience. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, adhering to regulatory and internal compliance standards, and supporting continuous improvements in service processes.
