Role Purpose




The Senior Manager / Manager – International Sales & Business Development will be responsible for driving international revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition for Gravita's recycled and value-added products.
This is a front-end B2B international sales role focused on:
• Current customer acquisition
• Market development
• Revenue growth
• Strategic account management
• Business expansion across global markets

The role requires developing business opportunities for products such as:
• Lead & Lead Alloys
• Aluminium Alloys
• Recycled Plastics
• Other recycled and value-added materials

The incumbent will independently identify target markets, generate leads, conduct customer meetings, negotiate commercial terms, close business opportunities, and achieve annual sales and profitability targets.
