About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in the BPO industry to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various customer support and voice/non-voice processes.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good sourcing capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO, voice and customer support profiles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, walk-ins and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on communication skills, experience, location and process requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate further interview rounds with the Operations team.
• Manage bulk hiring and daily recruitment targets as per business requirements.




• Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
• Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and minimize offer-to-joining dropouts.
• Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment MIS and daily hiring reports.
• Coordinate with Operations and Business teams to understand manpower requirements.
• Conduct walk-in drives and support recruitment campaigns when required.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
• Handle candidate queries related to salary, shifts, job profile, location and joining formalities.
• Ensure proper documentation and coordination during the onboarding process.

Required Skills• 1–3 years of experience in BPO recruitment / bulk hiring.
• Strong knowledge of BPO and customer support hiring.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up
