RoleWe are looking for an RCI Licensed Therapist / Psychologist with strong counseling experience and knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Key Responsibilities• Conduct individual counseling and therapy sessions with clients.
• Assess clients’ psychological and emotional concerns and develop appropriate intervention plans.
• Conduct and interpret relevant psychological assessments.
• Apply CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) techniques where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and session notes.
• Monitor client progress and modify therapeutic approaches as required.
• Provide ethical, empathetic, and client-centered psychological support.





Requirements• RCI License/Registration is mandatory.
• 2–3 years of counseling/therapy experience.
• Solid understanding of CBT and ERP.
• Ability to independently conduct psychological assessments.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality.
• Relevant qualification in Clinical Psychology / Psychology from a recognized institution.

Preferred• Experience in online/teletherapy or digital mental health platforms.
• Experience working with diverse client populations and presenting concerns.
