Purpose
The incumbent will own content presentation, packaging & discovery across the OTT platforms (mobile, web, CTV and partner apps). The role drives user engagement and content monetisation through high quality imagery, data led tray curation, proactive planning around content and cultural spikes, and rigorous quality control. It ensures a consistent, premium and error-free look, feel & brand experience for viewers on owned and partner platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee creative designs for all originals and acquired content, working with the graphics, marketing and brand teams
• Lock launch creatives proactively and flag dependencies or delays early on
• Maintain an imagery refresh cadence based on CTR and DAV/DAU trends, and run A/B or hypothesis led tests on alternative imagery and creative angles
• Create contextual imagery around content spikes such as new episodes, finales, awards and trending moments




• Curate homepage and inner page trays and rails, and plan spotlight units for major launches
• Plan and manage CAC (Content Around Content) to improve VV/U and drive repeat viewing from CAC to episodic content
• Use tray backgrounds, themed collections and current formats, especially on CTV, to differentiate experience
• Build and maintain an annual calendar covering show anniversaries, festivals, trending topics, celebrity events, competitor launches and align publishing, marketing and product timelines
• Plan app wide interventions in advance, and measure engagement on each
• Run regular front end QC across app, web and CTV for imagery errors, wrong nodes, spacing issues and cropping
• Represent the look-and-feel point of view in new revamps and features
• Participate in debug and UAT calls, log issues with clear severity and evidence, and follow up until they are closed
• Audit brand and imagery consistency on partn
