About Nirmaan Glass & Plywoods
Nirmaan Glass & Plywoods is an architectural glass processing and fabrication business in Bengaluru, from a family that has been in the glass and plywood trade since the mid-1960s. From our own works in Bommanahalli we supply toughened, laminated, etched and frosted glass, mirrors and LED mirrors, shower partitions and glass blocks to architects, interior designers, builders and contractors across the city.

The role
We are hiring a Senior Field Sales Executive to own and grow our B2B business across Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site field role: most of your day is spent meeting architects, interior firms, builders and contractors, winning projects and converting them into orders. You will report directly to the management and be the senior face of Nirmaan in the market.

What you will do
• Build and manage a pipeline of architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and dealers across Bengaluru
• Visit sites and offices daily; understand requirements and recommend the right glass, mirror and hardware solutions
• Prepare and follow up on quotations,



negotiate pricing and close orders
• Track projects from enquiry to delivery and coordinate with our works and dispatch teams
• Follow up on payments and keep customer accounts healthy
• Keep visit, lead and order records up to date in our ERP
• Bring market feedback on competitors, pricing and new product demand

What we are looking for
• 5+ years of B2B field sales in building materials: glass, plywood, laminates, hardware, façade, interiors or similar
• An existing network of architects, interior designers and builders in Bengaluru
• Based in Bengaluru, with valuable knowledge of the city's commercial and residential markets
• Fluent Kannada and working English; Hindi is a plus
• Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence
• Comfortable with quotations, measurements and basic calculations

Compensation
• Fixed salary of ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on experience
• Plus 30%
