Role Description The Ecommerce Sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves managing online sales channels - primarily Amazon and Flipkart, listing and updating products on e-commerce platforms, and monitoring pricing, promotions, and inventory. The Ecommerce Sales Executive will handle customer inquiries, coordinate order processing and shipment with internal teams, and track sales performance and key metrics.



Responsibilities include identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates, creating basic sales reports, and collaborating with marketing or operations teams to enhance the online customer experience. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with platform policies, and supporting business growth through proactive communication and follow-up with customers.
You must be based in or near Mumbai. You must be present in the office - this is not a hybrid / WFH role.
Qualifications
• Ability to manage ecommerce platforms, product listings, pricing, and promotions with attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining professional communication.
• Basic proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including tracking sales, conversions, and inventory status.
