Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Online Bidder role based in Noida. The Online Bidder will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer,



and other bidding portals, as well as tracking and managing leads in coordination with the sales team. Daily activities include preparing compelling proposals, writing transparent and persuasive project descriptions, and coordinating with technical teams to understand project scope, timelines, and resource requirements. The role involves conducting market and client research to target suitable projects, maintaining bid pipelines, and following up on submitted proposals to drive conversions. The Online Bidder will collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to align bids with organizational capabilities and revenue goals.
