Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop the assigned market.
Achieve sales targets and grow market coverage.
Manage distributors, dealers and retailers.
Develop recent distributors/dealers and retail outlets.
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
Ensure regular market visits and product availability.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Generate orders and ensure timely execution.
Follow up on collections and outstanding payments.




Submit regular sales and market reports.
Coordinate with the company sales and operations teams.

Candidate Profile:

1–2 years of FMCG/Home Care sales experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of the local market.
Distributor/dealer management experience.
Proven sales achievement.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to develop new markets and customers.
Target-oriented and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
