We are looking for a agile and experienced legal professional to manage the organizations legal, litigation, contractual, and regulatory matters. The role will involve handling end-to-end litigation, drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements, providing legal advisory to business teams, coordinating with external counsels, and ensuring that the organizations projects and operations remain legally compliant while minimizing legal and contractual risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end litigation matters across various forums, including RERA, Civil Courts, High Courts, Tribunals, and other relevant authorities.
• Draft and vet legal notices, complaints, replies, written statements, rejoinders, appeals, petitions, applications, and other legal submissions.
• Monitor ongoing litigation, court/authority proceedings, hearing dates, case status, and legal timelines.
• Coordinate with external advocates, law firms, and counsels for effective management and resolution of legal matters.




• Develop litigation strategies in consultation with senior management and external legal counsel.
• Handle customer disputes, contractual disputes, recovery matters, property-related disputes, and other civil/commercial litigation.
• Manage RERA registrations, compliances, filings, and proceedings as applicable to the business.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on agreements, contracts, MOUs, lease agreements, sale-related documents, vendor agreements, consultancy agreements, and other commercial contracts.
• Identify contractual and legal risks and recommend appropriate measures to protect the organization's interests.
• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on business transactions, projects, contracts, approvals, notices, disputes, and other legal matters.
• Handle legal matters relating to real estate projects, land, development, construction, approvals, documentation, and customer transactions.
