Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Generate new business opportunities by identifying prospective customers through cold calling, email outreach, social media, referrals, online campaigns, and other prospecting methods.
• Engage with prospects to understand their business or learning requirements, provide appropriate product or program recommendations, deliver presentations and demonstrations, and facilitate successful conversions.
• Handle the complete lead lifecycle, including lead qualification, follow-ups, pipeline management, CRM updates, and timely conversion of prospects into customers.
• Develop lasting relationships with customers by maintaining regular communication, understanding their evolving requirements, providing appropriate assistance, and supporting customer retention.
• Contribute to the development and execution of promotional initiatives across digital and traditional channels to strengthen market presence, attract potential customers, and increase lead generation.




• Drive business performance by working consistently toward monthly and quarterly targets covering lead generation, sales, revenue, and conversion rates.
• Track market developments, customer preferences, competitor offerings, and industry trends to uncover recent opportunities and identify relevant customer segments.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, product, operations, and other internal departments to coordinate business initiatives, resolve customer issues, and improve the efficiency of the sales and customer journey.
• Gather insights from customer interactions and feedback, identify frequently raised concerns and objections, and communicate relevant findings to management to support improvements in products, services, and sales practices.
• Keep detailed records of prospect interactions, calls, meetings, follow-ups, sales conversions, revenue, and campaign activities, and provide periodic performance reports and business insights to management.
