The role involves ensuring quality and compliance across clinical supply chain activities, maintaining and reviewing SOPs and QMS documentation, managing deviations, CAPA, non-conformances and change controls, supporting investigations and audits, and ensuring that operational processes comply with applicable quality and regulatory requirements. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify quality risks, maintain proper documentation, and support continuous improvement across clinical supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Candidate must have 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance,



preferably within clinical supply chain, pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare operations.
• Experience handling CAPA, deviations, non-conformances and change controls.
• Knowledge of QMS, SOP preparation/review and quality documentation.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits.
• Understanding of GxP/GDP, ISO 13485/ISO 9001, or other relevant quality standards.
• Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Positive communication and coordination skills.
