Role Description

The Associate Manager/Manager – Procurement will be responsible for managing end-to-end indirect procurement, with a primary focus on OPEX categories. The role will oversee vendor identification, evaluation, onboarding, sourcing, negotiations, purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring timely, compliant and cost-effective procurement.

The role will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, optimize spend, drive strategic sourcing initiatives, strengthen supplier performance and continuously improve procurement processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities




- Manage end-to-end procurement activities across Indirect/OPEX categories.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate with and onboard suppliers in line with procurement policies.
- Manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs) and associated procurement processes.
- Lead sourcing activities including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, bid evaluations and commercial negotiations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, SLAs and other commercial terms with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance, compliance, service delivery and commercial adherence.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop cost-effective sourcing strategies.
- Drive spend optimization, cost savings, process efficiencies and supplier consolidation opportunities.
