We're Hiring: AI Video Editor

Are you a video editor who loves using the latest AI tools to create better content, faster? We're looking for a creative, detail-driven AI Video Editor to join our in-house team.

About the Role

You'll create short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing, product and client projects. You'll also help us build efficient, AI-assisted editing workflows. This role suits someone with strong editing fundamentals who is excited by what generative AI can do.

What You'll Do

• Edit raw footage into engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Use AI tools for auto-captioning, script-to-video, voiceovers, background removal, upscaling and generative b-roll
• Create AI-generated visuals, avatars and scenes when needed
• Add motion graphics, transitions, sound design and colour correction
• Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short clips
• Manage multiple projects each week and consistently meet deadlines




• Stay on top of new AI video tools and suggest workflow improvements
• Keep content consistent with our brand across all channels

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience
• Proficiency in at least one of Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro
• Hands-on experience with AI video and image tools such as Runway, Descript, CapCut, Higgsfield, HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs or Midjourney
• A strong sense of storytelling, pacing and short-form trends
• A portfolio showing both traditional and AI-assisted work

Nice to Have

• Motion graphics skills
• Basic prompt engineering
• Thumbnail design
• Experience combining generative AI with editing
