Role: Sales Executive
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Key Responsibilities• Handle end-to-end sales on IndiaMART,



from enquiry generation and lead qualification to quotation, follow-up, order confirmation and coordination for dispatch.
• Maintain regular and timely follow-ups with customers and ensure leads are properly updated.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports and other documents using MS Excel and MS Word.
• Update and maintain customer, enquiry, quotation and order data in the company’s ERP/CRM system.
• Take complete accountability for assigned leads, tasks and follow-ups and provide timely updates on their status.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as accounts, production and dispatch to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales won, lost enquiries, pending quotations and follow-ups.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and work towards achieving assigned sales targets.

Requirements• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
